Occultation of Saturn by Jupiter are very rare events to be seen from Earth. Their average frequency is about one in 4000 years, and our present epoch is particularly "empty" of them. None has ever happened during historical times and the next one will be in y 7541. The last took place in Last: 15 Aug 1623 so maybe in conjunction of an eclipse in that time was when that great battle took place between the Elders and the Fury.
What do you think?

Been deeply thinking over this question do any of you remember from history that is, the time of the Black Plague 1347 - 1350 maybe it took place then, because there were so many people dying it wouldn't have been noticed if people were being killed by Vampire's.

Hmm, there's definately a lot of sense in what you're saying, Grotchops m'dear. Would the convergence of planets extend a normal Eclipse for long enough for a fight to be considered a battle or a war? We had a discussion on here, though I can't find the thread right now, based on the Great Eclipse. We had several similar theories. I can't remember them all, but I believe mine was something about the eruption of Krakatoa being the starting event, as it were. Eclipses tend not to last for a long time so my idea was that another natural event extended the length of the darkness to days or weeks. Then Krakatoa erupted, it sent plumes of ash into the atmosphere and blocked out the sun over around half of the world - perfect for vampiric activities. Just out of interest, I'm wondering what dates eclipses of a fairly long duration have historically occurred upon. Has anyone had a look for a list of these, or just eclipses in general. Speaking of which, unless everything came to a head in a remote and unihabited location (which seems unlikely since vampires need to be close to their food source) wouldn't people have noticed a huge battle of night-dwelling creatures hacking away at each other? *lol* It would be helpful to know roughly where the battle was said to have taken place. Might need a rewatch for further clues... 'Lissa.

Found this sound and this is quite interesting www.peaceunity.org/Bible3/1_3_From_Four_Riders_to_Apollyon.htm, its nice to know that you have had time to answer my question fantastic. But I blame this on the slowness of Dutch TV, can't understand why it took so long for Vampire High to get here. Still hoping that they even consider making a mini series just to answer all the questions still reverberating on the net.
