I've been waiting to post this observation for ages! But, I have no idea what I was wating for! *lol*
In the episode "Little Sister" where Karl's sister comes to Mansbridge seeking the ghost of her brother, Malcolm clearly states that when he saw Karl he was wearing his letter jacket....but in the episode "Grave Matter" in which he sees Karl in the midst of The Chill and debating with Murdoch, the vampire has on a checked lumberjack shirt, not his letter jacket. In fact, the only time in the episode in which he IS wearing it is when he visits his gravesite. Malcolm is nowhere in evidence at that time.
Did anyone else notice this? Or has anyone seen anything else which can't be explained as a part of the storyline. 'Lissa.

I noticed it too, so you weren't the only one. I also noticed in "The Bleeding Frenzy", when Merrill asks everybody what their last meal was, Drew says French fries and an egg cream, but if he was turned in the 1800's, those things didn't exist then.

Yeah - I noticed that inconsistent answer too, Crystal. Maybe Drew was hiding his past away, not telling the truth and all? I mean, where his past is concerned, he does seem quite cagey and all. Or in both cases, did the writers drop the ball a little! *lol* Saying that, the Egg Cream reference is backed up by the appearance of Drew's friend in "The Summoning" - revisiting the kill each most regretted took Drew to a guy who definately looked like he was from the late fifties/early sixties. Maybe Drew tried human food aroudn that time so he classed that as his last meal? As for the Karl continuity error, maybe its just that Malcolm has a really bad memory! *lol* 'Lissa.

LOL i never noticed those....lol.
What about Essie's hair, yes she can style it differently, but sometimes it looks lighter in some eps, and looks like it has been cut, would murdoch allow her to go out and get her hair cut and styled, i know it doesn't grow since she's a vampire hehehe

*blinks* By George, Maidlola! You're right! *lol* I doubt she'd cut it herself, or let Merrill do it. And it changes quite dramatically about three quarters of the way through the series (I suspect because Karen had other roles in between) with no explaination.
Vamps hair doesn't grow? Are you sure? Maybe it grows super slow? *lol* 'Lissa.

Ooo I have one! In the ep in which they see each of their kills they regret most Karl is said to have killed Carmen and his best friend. But in the second to last episode with rogue vampire Bridget Karl says he has only killed one.

Aha! Another one! Yeah! I remembered that one as soon as you said it, Scanjet! *lol* Either Karl can't count, the other vampires can't count ('cause they confirm the "one kill" factor) or the writers forgot their own mythologies. *lol* *giggles as the episode "What's Up Doc?" begins.* Merrill: "What're you up to?" Drew: "Why don't you read my mind?" Merrill: "Oh, I gave that up a long time ago. Too boring!" Marty: "Finally a little sassitude from the feral Merrill!" Gotta love those vamps! 'Lissa

I have a new one, at the start of episode 2 we have the security guard Dwight talking about things whizzing across the camera. But on the ending credits he does not appear on it. Yet the mystery does not end there, if you watch the ending credits to episode three Dwight is included yet not in the episode! Strange aye?

Hmm... almost like he was in the third episode yet was cut? I hadn't noticed anything other than his last name is Frye (any relation to Malcolm?) - maybe the episode credits are mixed up? Or, maybe the segment was meant to be in ep 3, but they decided to use it to introduce Marty instead? Ahh, the possibilities! *is intrigued* 'Lissa

All these continuity errors are going on a new page on the website called "Bloopers and Bleepers"!
It should be fun!

I have noticed another one, well its sort of one, why on the opening credits when all the main vamps and sherry have a tile with a blue tint yet Marty (Joris) don't. The only other one is Murdoch but he is just to end and only has one tile to himself.

*raises and eyebrow and wanders off to have a nosey* Maybe 'cause he arrived later (They could've tested and decided a fifth vampire was needed?) his inclusion was an afterthought? " 'Curiouser and curiouser,' said Alice. " 'Lissa.
