But then how old is Murdoch, because in the episode Sunrise when Drew returns from Elders after Sherry's death, he is arguing about Drakon with Murdoch and asking about the chain that had belonged to Drakon , when did that battle take place and if Murdoch was present how old was he then and now?

Good Question.

Here are my Theories; Merrill was turned even younger, at 12 or 13? She was the smallest and at the cusp of adulthood wanting to be grown up but unsure of herself to be proud. Teenagers are always battling their inner self with the outer self that wants to fit in. For her last meal was over cooked pot roast and mashed potatoes. Now that sounds of 20th century cooking, perhaps done by a mother who didn't know what she was doing or overwhelmed by to many children( both a post war issue for trying to be the perfect housewife). It would make sense that Merrill would see Patsy as a mother figure and patsy take advantage of her. For Essie the mid to late 1800s seem to be the right time frame. Her last meal was chocolates and caviar, probably a gift from her "uncle" just before he turned her. But also that her parents were aware of uncle Dimitri, and what he wanted for their daughter. No one had to tell the maid, she was of no importance, even after she died. Karl is to have been turned the previous Halloween but in the vision the banner said Winter dance, and Carmen states that it's the prom. If it was the winter dance then only a few weeks had passed and so she could give him the benefit of doubt,, but if at prom (7 months later) Karl either wouldn't still be in his hometown, or even carrying about prom. If it was winter then he could have hid alone unknowing who his maker was, or if at the Prom, his maker could have pushed him to her. Now Marty states clearly that he woke in Manchester channels, but what if it wasn't in England like everyone thinks? I found Manchester by the sea in Massachusetts where it sits on a harbor. The city was founded in 1629. He states that the homeless would welcome strangers, what if he wasn't a stranger? Based on his "last meal" of goats milk and mutton chops I'd say pre 1850? Due to beef being readily available to the USA. Even in the Uk sheep were more valuable for wool than eating. Goats milk would be easily to obtain with open spaces like in early Massachusetts. Marty at his last human age (possibly 25) would have had mead of liquor, not milk. This like Essie makes me believe that their makers choose them, invited them for a meal and then turned them. Finally Drew I believe to be the oldest perhaps being turned if going by his painting of the woman, I'd say 1500s. Living in a time of human beauty the renaissance could have made Drew love people before and after his turning. His name Real name sounds Italian and they were famous for their art. Perhaps the reason for the Egg cream and fries statement could have been a protection measure so then the others wouldn't be afraid of him, his abilities. (Sorry this one isn't as in depth, Drew was not my fav)
